WE SPECIALIZE IN 1-TO-1 TRAINING AND CLASSES IN SMALL GROUPS
We have a wide selection of classes for our members who’ve gone through “Basic Training”. However, if you have Functional Training / CrossFit experience and would like to skip “Basic Training” you will be able to try one of our classes for free. Simply contact us to book your first session.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
At The Box Mallorca we offer a wide range of classes to appeal to our members and their goals. Choose your favorite or try them all!

BASIC TRAINING
The best way to start your journey is to join one of our Basic Training courses. The course consists of four 30-minute sessions that will teach you essential movement patterns to make sure that you start your journey in the best way possible. We run our Basic Training courses on a 1:1 basis meaning you get 100% attention from the coach.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Get the community support of a great training environment along with the individualized care and attention of a boutique gym. We never run classes with more than 10 people at a time, so you can always get the attention and help you deserve.

KIDS + TEEN CLASS
At The Box Mallorca, we have coaches specialized in working with the younger generations. Through our classes we have three main goals: keeping your child active, encouraging positive connection with their peers, and helping them develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

MUMFIT
You can take care of others better when you take care of yourself. Motherhood is constant, selfless work, and you deserve to do something for you! We created MumFit classes so that you can focus on your fitness and bond with your little one at the same time. This class is instructed with two coaches to make sure our mums are never short of hands.
