WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A personal trainer is a certified professional who have studied how to help clients become healthier through exercise. When you work with a trainer, they will help you to decide what kind of exercise best fits your needs, preferences, and goals. You’ll learn how to move correctly in the gym which translates to moving and feeling better in your day-to-day life.

SMALL STEPS – BASIC TRAINING

The best way to start the journey is to join one of our Basic Training courses. The course is 4 sessions long and just 30 minutes each session. We run our Basic Training courses in a 1:1 setting meaning you get 100% attention from the coach, making sure you start your journey in the best way possible.
