OUR SCHEDULE

BASIC TRAINING

The best way to start your journey is to join one of our Basic Training courses. The course is 4 sessions long and just 30 minutes each session. We run our Basic Training courses in a 1:1 setting meaning you get 100% attention from the coach, making sure you start your journey in the best way possible.

CLASSES

We have a great selection of classes for our members who’ve gone through “Basic Training”. However, if you have Functional Training / CrossFit experience and would like to skip “Basic Training” you will be able to try one of our classes for free.

At The Box Mallorca we offer a wide range of classes to meet all kinds of members and their goals.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Get the community support of a great training environment paired with the individualized care and attention of a boutique gym. We never run classes with more than 10 people at a time so you can get the help you deserve.

KIDS + TEEN CLASS

“Movement is a fundamental component to the healthy development of children and teenagers.”

To ensure this at The Box Mallorca we have coaches specialized in working with the younger generations. Through our classes we have three main goals: keeping your child active, encouraging connection with his peers and helping him develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

MUMFIT

Motherhood is tough work. Being a Mom and also keeping up with your fitness is simply admirable.

We created MumFit classes to make the journey slightly easier. Every Monday – Thursday at 10.00 you can come and join us for a training session. You can bring your child and there will always be 2 coaches on hand to make sure the little one is happy and you get to focus on your fitness at the same time.

YOGA

Health and fitness isn’t just about sweating buckets and pushing through a hard workout. It’s also about balance, mobility and the ability to be in tune with your body. We want to provide our clients with a holistic wellness experience so it is only natural that together with our functional fitness classes we also offer Yoga classes.

BOXING

From the ancient Greeks to Rocky to Victoria’s secret models, boxing has long been one of the world’s most popular sports and ways to stay active. Whether you’re looking for a change in your workout routine or are curious about this type of training, we are ready to welcome you at one of our classes.

CARDIO + CORE

No shame in wanting to look your best… after all, we are based in Mallorca where bikini season is an (almost) year round affair. Our Cardio+Core class will ramp up your calorie burn while also helping you strengthen and define your abdominals and midline. Just 30 minutes long it is the perfect way to get in shape in less time.

OUTDOOR WORKOUTS

Mallorca is paradise on earth and it would simply be a shame not to take advantage of our great location and perfect sunny weather. Our outdoor classes will get you sweating while you also soak up every ray of sunshine and enjoy the benefits of fresh seaside air.
