Do I need to be in shape to start training?
Absolutely not! Our job is to help you to get in shape, no requisites necessary. No matter what your current fitness level is, we will find a way to ensure that your strength, conditioning, and mobility improve in a safe, and progressive way.
How will training at The Box Mallorca help me achieve my fitness goals?
We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness-related goals. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is significantly more achievable when you incorporate it into other aspects of your life. By training with us, you’ll find that exercise can be fun, social, and gratifying. Once our members start, they’re hooked In no time!
How often do I need to train to see results?
We highly recommend that our newer members start at 2-3 sessions per week. Once you have adapted to that frequency, you can gradually add more sessions into your week, however it’s important to take rest days to ensure that your body can recover properly and perform at its best.
I have an injury/I’m pregnant. Can I still take classes?
The workouts in our classes are adaptable for any of the demands that our members may need considered. Our classes are completely guided by our coaches who are trained in correcting and scaling exercises for even the most specific needs. There is a maximum of ten members in a class which means you never have to worry about being overlooked. Another great option would be to work with our personal trainers who can design and guide you through sessions one-on-one
